Free Public Speaking Tips: Body Use and Satir categories

This video is one of the videos take from inside my Silver Mentoring Program Training Series.  I have released it so that you can see a sample of some of the types of training tips we have inside.

One of the things that as the most potential to reveal your nerves on the stage is how you use your body.  Even the most powerful presentation can be undermined by using gestures and body language that do not match the message.

I rarely have other speakers as I am very finickity when it comes to putting other people’s stuff in front of my crowd. I’m a stickler for quality.     Great vid with tips & hints… and as I was watching the Satir categories in action I could see an application for them beyond the stage. I use Skype to talk to clients and on occassion use the webcam to do that. So being aware of how I use my hands and using a few Satir categories – and practice with my flatmate to get feedback!.
