Hi guys- sorry. I’ve been a bit remiss with replying to comments today as I’ve been filming all day! Yup- getting together the video to exaplin the Mentoring Program and I wanted it to be perfect.

Jen- Thanks so much for the feedback. So glad you found it useful. Its not uncommon when people look in detail into this inforamtion that they discover why sometimes they do great and sometimes they bomb. There’s so many littl contibuting things. Iw ish 55 mins could do it justice- but at least it’s a start you know?

Hi Joanna, this is excellent material. Thank you for being so generous – it’s an excellent bribe/incentive/promotion and has added a lot of value in the 55 minutes of watching. It explains why I have hit and missed with respect to customer action. The formula makes a lot of sense. I look forward to putting it into action and also working with you in the Silver Program.
